Any such Personal Information can be read, collected, or used by other visitors to the Website, and we have no control over how these visitors use your Personal Information, so you should always be careful when deciding to post any personal data.

Other sources: We may receive your Personal Information from other sources, such as public databases, directories, publications, websites, sponsors and other third parties. Such Personal Information is always used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Polls: We may ask you to complete surveys or short multiple-choice question polls when you register for an event, or during the event itself. Participation in these polls is voluntary, and the information is used only in aggregate form to highlight or illustrate points of discussion at an event and is never used in such a way that individual respondents can be identified.

Queries: If you share Personal Information with us in order to pose a query, whether by email or telephone or mail or any other means, we will use it to respond to your query only. We do not share such information with any third-party, unless you consent to us doing so.

By engaging with our material on social media, you are deemed to understand that the use of the information is governed by the privacy policy of the relevant social media platform as well as this Privacy Policy.

Visitors: If you visit the Website without registering for an event, or contacting us, or appearing on a panel or contributing an article, we do not collect any Personal Information about you except through a server log that automatically records the Internet domain from which you access the Website, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the browser you used, the date and time you visited the Website, the page on the Website you visited and the address of any third party website which offered you a link from their website to ours. This information is used to calculate usage levels, diagnose server issues and administer services. We may also derive your approximate location from your IP address. We do not use email trackers or cookies or any similar technologies.

3.0 Service providers

We contract with third-party service providers to perform certain functions for us. These service providers may be given access to your information for the purpose of performing those functions, but they may not use this information for any other purpose.

4.0 Transfers of data to other jurisdictions
